During Act 2 when you talk with Louis just choose the violent options (be rude to him)

I didn't think this was working for me and quit and restarted several times, but what actually happened is you need to pick the violent options before AND after you inspect the crate in the back room.

For those wondering why the truck arriving scene don't trigger, just talk with the youngsters playing with the ball and some other NPC, ask them about the truck or something, and after finishing the dialogue the truck will arrive.

During the second act, when you talk to Luis, just choose the rudest options. Alternatively, you can select only the very first line in the dialogs.
