In Act 3 you must be as aggressive as possible to Eddie Hung and threaten him with an object, then in Act 4 you must escape your imprisonment, sneak up on Belle, and knock her out, YOU DO NOT NEED THE BOOK ON LOCKPICKING FROM ACT 2. I'll provide more details below! :DDD
Firstly in Act 3, whilst interrogating Eddie, ALWAYS pick the most aggressive options, for example "Do you want to get hurt?", "I can hurt you", etc. eventually you'll get the option of "You can still stop me by talking. Meanwhile let me look for something sharp.", simply pick up any of the objects around the room to threaten him with after selecting this, and that's the first part done!
Second part is during Act 4, a little more tricky so read before you proceed, you need the following five objects a Bandage, Feather, Butter, Fishbone, and Dinner Tray, here’s how to get them (roughly) in the order you can:
1) Bandage - This is acquired after the first time you fall unconscious, are experimented on, and wake back up. Inspect yourself in the mirror next to your bed, remove the bandage, and pocket it!
2) Feather - After getting the bandage, examine the left side of your confinement to speak to Belle, exhaust conversation and the Geezer will arrive with Renne’s letter, following the dialogue it'll leave the Feather behind just a little right of the window
3) Butter - Next you’ll be given food simply pick the options
“Look at the food” > “Don't touch it” > “Pocket the butter”
4) Fishbone - Your meal the next time you fall unconscious and regain will provide your next item, pick
“Here goes nothing” > “Force it down” > “Investigate mouth” > “Keep it”
5) Dinner Tray - Within your cell there'll now be a dinner tray just right of the window
Now with all the items together before you’re knocked out again, you’ll need to quickly soak the bandages in water, examine the vent, stuff the bandages into it, examine the door, use the fishbone and feather to pick the lock and BE GENTLE with both prompts (not sure if this is needed but seemed logical), then grease the door with butter so it doesn't creak! You can then leave your confinement, sneak up on Belle (you don't have to use the redundant sneak function, just walk up to her) and clobber her with the dinner tray and pop goes the achievement! It’s easier than I’m probably making it sound, hope this helps and good luck! :3
