Act 2, Gastown.

Buy some 'Red Apple' cigarettes in the Deli shop (between the paper stand and the electronics store) and give them to Lily who's playing ball with her friend in front of the hotel.

You have to do this quickly. If you waste time the truck will come and both this achievement and telling the kids their parents are eating flesh will be missed.
When you arrive in Gastown, Go to the deli right away and buy cigarettes(left) then to the kids in front of the Den ( far to the right)
Give kids a smoke and don't tell them its bad. Tell them their parents are eating flesh.

When we are waiting for a truck with “cider,” we go to the grocery store (go to the left of Tolya) and buy cigarettes, then give them to schoolchildren playing badminton (to the right of Tolya).
