In Act 1 in your first cutscene at the apartment with Renee, make choices showing that you doubt / are suspicious of Renee.

Oh, so it's necessary to replay the game twice? Or is there a Chapter replay at the end?

EDIT: I just quit out after getting "First Trust" and it restarts the scene. So you can actually earn this one in the same playthrough. :D

This scene occurs at the start of Act II. The achievement will pop once to go to make tea and you have an internal monologue on trusting Renee.

We don’t trust Renee during the first conversation in her apartment (we doubt/suspect the dialogue)
