After finishing the quests involving the boards in the Crypts, you'll find another quest on the notice board in the Crimson Keep.

This quest is short and will result in a pub being built.

After the quest is complete, simply sit on the chair at the table for the achievement.

Complete the last task in the chain of helping bards (no need to beat bosses, you just need 5 gold) and sit on the throne in the basement and the trophy is yours
