Tainted Grail: Conquest

This is for gaining a place on the leaderboard when fighting the true final boss of the game. To be able to access this fight, you must first "beat" the game normally by killing all four of the guardians. You will then be told by the goat that to access the real final boss, you must beat the game again, but this time when you kill the guardians, you must take their Wyrdstone Hearts and bring them to the Menhir in the village. If you take all 3 hearts instead of losing a card or getting a passive skill, you can sacrifice them at the Menhir and access the true final boss fight. Even if you lose, as long as you deal at least one point of damage to your enemy, you should place on the leaderboards and earn this achievement. This can be done with any class in the game, so use whichever you make best progress with, or take my opinion that the Summoner is the easiest class to play with and use that.
