If you have followed my guides for "I Don't Need Much", "Zealot" or "I Have the Power", you will 100% get this as part of the run. You are also likely to earn this while playing as the Pathfinder, as not taking damage is essential to stack the Focus buff. If you want a specifc run to earn it:
Pick one of the Watchers of Tuathan or the Children of Morrigan (Sentinel, Apostate, Zealot, Pathfinder, Wyrdhunter or Berserker).
Ensure you have a heavy bias towards picking cards that are either buffs or defensive cards (anything Blue) or Reds that do not deal damage when you have the opportunity to add cards to your deck.
Find an enemy that doesn't deal much damage on its own and that can't summon more allies.
Spam your no damage cards for 3 turns
Achievement unlocked.
