There is a glitch where this map will not complete. If you save the hostages and hold A to secure them before killing the rest of the enemies, you will get the glitch.
DO NOT kill everyone on the map and hope the map finishes as this does not work. The fix is to kill everyone on the map including the enemies around the hostages just don't secure them. Once the last enemy dies the map will then complete.
There is no reported glitch like this in single player only in online co op.

EVERYTIME I go near a hostage in single player the game freezes. Looks like you have to kill everyone on the map without rescuing them in single player as well

OK so the freezing only happens if you run in and gun down the terrorist, if you kill them then go to the hostage the game doesn't freeze
