Sticky Treat is the boss at the end of the fourth level, and I always assumed it was a big rock until reading the achievement description. It's a simple boss with no real attacks other than the "rocks" that surround it rotating around and moving outward and inward. You can pretty easily destroy the surrounding rocks, especially with the bubble shot, or just focus fire on the center and ignore the rocks until it is destroyed.
