This is the first story achievement of the DLC. After a few quests, you will go to Niez and then end up going to a mausoleum in the Adan Lake area. Defeat the boss of this dungeon to unlock the achievement.
Watch out for shiny enemies that have a crystal look to them. They are high level and are optional at least starting out. You can also run past many enemies to get to the boss, but I would suggest fighting everything so that you may level up and make the boss easier.
