To craft the weapons, you need the base weapons from fighting 3 bosses in the Jungle Mausoleum and the ryugola cores from the 3 nether bosses in the Keystone dungeon. You need to make sure the weapons are not equipped as well or the blacksmith will show you do not have the weapons.
For the weapons in the Jungle Mausoleum:
The first weapons boss is in the Convection Control Layer. The boss is behind a barrier in the middle right of the area. The button for the barrier is in the room right next to it. Defeat the boss for the first two weapons.
The second weapon boss is behind a barrier in Lower Central Stabilization Layer. You must go past the boss to the next area and take the middle path up. There will be a walkway with an easy to miss button. Press the button and you can then drop down near the boss for the next two weapons.
The third weapon boss is in the Control Compartment. You will pass the boss behind a barrier. You must go through the bedroom for a cutscene and go to the other side of the hallway which has a door behind the boss with the button that drops the barrier. Run back around to defeat it for the other two weapons

The nether bosses are pretty much in your way as you progress the Keystone dungeon.
The first boss is in the top room on the Flame Palace: Upper Level. There will be a large enemy spawning to help the boss.
The second boss is in Whirlpool Palace: Level 3 at the top of the staircase. (Right Blue Door) There will be a large enemy spawning to help the boss.
The third boss is in Stone Palace: Lower Level. It's right after the maze area and the Kisara Drawing. Both previous large enemies will be spawning to help the final nether boss.
After defeating all 3 bosses, you can craft all six weapons at any Inn. You may even leave and craft them before the final boss of the dungeon once you activate the front door portal.

To note: each weapon, in addition to the core, requires a base weapon. These can all be found in the jungle dungeon.

Thanks. I was working on that part and didn't notice you need to unequip the weapons to craft with them. I went through the jungle dungeon for more information and updated the guide further.

Deceiver
Ryugola Core Fragments are rewarded for defeating Nazamil Nethers and you will get all 6 required as you move through the dungeon. Additionally you will also require the base weapons which can all be found in Mausoleum of the Jungle: Helgal-Ryugola 67 behind the trapped zuegals.
The, Pants, Party
There are two parts to this achievement. The first is collecting the six weapons, one for each character, that can be found in Mausoleum 67. They are not hard to find, but the locations are as follows:
- In the Convection Control Layer section you'll find a large enemy behind a barrier. In the next room is the switch to turn off the barrier. Defeat the enemy to get Dohalim's Ending Rod Bucks and Kisara's Supreme Shield Aegis.
- In the Lower Central Stabilization Layer section you'll find another enemy behind a barrier. Proceed to the next area and take the first exit on the right to emerge on a walkway above barrier door to find the switch to lower the barrier. Defeat the enemy to get Rinwell's Black Book of Disaster and Dawn and Law's Divine Hand Armor.
- In the Control Compartment section you'll find the last large enemy behind a barrier. The switch for this is in the second half of the area through Nazamil's Bedroom. Defeat the enemy to get Alphen's Novus Aetas and Shionne's Initium Lucis.
- Flame Palace
- Whirlpool Palace
- Stone Palace

Once you have all six weapons, you will then need all six of the ryugola core fragments. These come from three fights against shadow version of Nazamil found in the Keystone dungeon, awarding two core fragments per fight. They are found in each of these locations:
- Flame Palace
- Whirlpool Palace
- Stone Palace
Now that you have all six weapons and all six cores, head to any blacksmith to upgrade each of the weapons (which requires 25-27k Gald each), and the achievement will be yours. Do note that you can't craft the new weapons with the existing weapon equipped, so throw something else on for a second while you do it.
