In the Keystone dungeon at the end of the story, you will have to progress through several different themed areas in the dungeon. In the Whirlpool area behind the blue gem door, you will have to shut off the blue generator. The generator is at the highest point of the area. Just jump down the middle of the platform and the achievement will pop when you reach the bottom.
This also seems to be the way you must go to progress, so it may even be story related and unmissable.

Deceiver
At the Keystone Whirlpool Palace: Top Level instead of climbing back down after turning off the Astral Energy Machine walk off the ledge to get to the Keystone Whirlpool Palace: Level 1.
The, Pants, Party
You can unlock this achievement during the final dungeon of the DLC, the Keystone. As you progress through this dungeon, you'll notice each area has a theme, and the section you want is the Whirlpool Palace. You'll make your way up to Level 4 of this section, climb a ladder to the Top Level area and hit a button to deactive part of the barrier in the lobby of the dungeon. Near this button you'll see the broken railing in the image below. Walk through the broken section and fall all the way down to unlock this achievement. Be sure to grab one of the portraits for Always on Her Mind (15G) at the bottom as well.
