How to unlock the Speedy Chef achievement in Tales of Arise - Definitive Guide

This will come as part of the story. As you near the Fagan Ruins, you'll trigger a cutscene about cooking. Shionne (aka you) will make Porridge, and you'll unlock the achievement, as well as the ability to cook at inns and camps.
