This is unlocked for dealing more than 10k damage in 1 combo. This is not very difficult and will be achieved easily near the end of the game as you get powerful. Just use you combos wisely by connecting them with Soul Breaks and Mystic arts and you will accomplish this with ease.

To earn this trophy, deal 10,000 or more damage with a single hit. The total damage for your combo that is on the top right section on the screen in battle does not count. Dealing 10,000 damage may sound difficult at the beginning, but later in the game, it is pretty easy to do with Mystic Artes, especially when you use them when an enemy is stunned. You should get this naturally while working on other trophies.
