When the Criteria is met, head to Yseult and visit the Inn. Speak to the Woman beside the Inkeeper to initiate the quest. She will mention a speaking Pengyon. You clearly want to see it for yourself, so sleep at the Inn and head out at night. The Pengyon will be on the beach not too far from the Inn. Speak to it and it will Transform into a man named Jude. Fight him and witness his Mystic Art for the "Witness to the Mystic" Achievement. He will mention that he is looking for someone and you will offer to keep an eye out.
Head to Taliesin and speak with a man near the Sanctuary. He will mention a Golden Pengyon in the Figahl Ice Caps. Head to where Rokurou, Magilou and Velvet crashed their ship after escaping Titania and you will find Milla. You will battle her and like the previous battle she has a Mystic art you must Witness for "Witness to the Mystic". Defeat her and they will walk off together and live Happily ever after...... Just kidding!
After beating the game. Head to Reneed and speak to the Katz on the long bridge. He will warn you if imminent doom on Normin Island and warn you not to go. Like all great listeners, you ignore that warning and head straight there. Go up to where the Normin Matching game is and you will battle both Milla and Jude. They will be around Level 126 and the world will be destroyed if you lose. No pressure. They also possess a Dual Mystic art you will need to see for "Witness the Mystic". Upon defeat you will unlock the achievement following a cut-scene.

You will earn this trophy for clearing a side quest related to the cameo battle with two characters from another Tales game. To be able to start this side quest, you need to have unlock at least 15 areas in the Expedition and seen related skits. Then you are able to visit Normin Island later which is needed to clear this side quest. Normin Island can be unlocked by talking twice to the pirate at the port side of Yseult who stands nearby your ship captain. He will only appear when you met the unlocking conditions.
After unlocking the Last Dungeon, go inside the inn in Yseult and talk to the woman next to the inn keeper. Then the inn keeper should get a green exclamation mark, so choose to sleep. You will then go outside at night. Approach the penguin that is located on the way to Maclir Beach. You will have to a fight a battle against Jude. Make sure you see his Mystic Arte for the Witness to the Mystic 
trophy.
Afterwards, go to Taliesin and talk to the man standing in front of the church. Go to the most southern field in Figahl Icecaps and approach the penguin to trigger a scene. You will have to a fight a battle against Milla. Make sure you see her Mystic Arte for the Witness to the Mystic trophy.
After beating the game, a Katz will appear on the bridge at the port side of Reneed. Talk to the Katz and warp to Normin Island. Then go to the top of the isle. Be prepared for a battle against Jude & Milla. Beware that they have a new Dual Mystic Arte that you must see for the Witness to the Mystic trophy. Both of them have to be still alive or else they cannot trigger their Dual Mystic Arte. They can also use their single Mystic Arte in this battle, so this is another chance to see it if you have missed it in one of the previous battle. It is easier when you already saw it and just concentrate on seeing the Dual Mystic Arte. After finishing the battle and the following scene, the trophy will unlock.
