How to unlock the Lore of the Land achievement in Tales of Kenzera: ZAU - Definitive Guide

The codex is broken down into 6 sections:
Characters: these will come naturally as you play through the story, getting a few at the start and the last one in Mount Itshoka. Here are the characters in order if you want to cross-reference anyway:
Creatures: these will come naturally as you play through the story; the last entry comes when you beat Act 3. Here are the creatures in order if you want to cross-reference:
Locations: these will come naturally as you play through the story, but the last location is beyond the point of no return. Make sure you have all the other entries by then to pop the achievement in Act 4. Once you beat the game, Continueing your save will put you before the point of no return in case you still need to mop up, but without the last location entry. Here are all the locations:
Hadithi: these stories about the shamans behind the various mask ability upgrades will come naturally as you play through the story; the last entry comes in Mount Itshoka. Here are the codex entries:
Echoes: these won't come naturally and you'll need to seek them out in each area. Please refer to my 'Listen and Learn' guide for maps of their locations.

This bugged? I got everything and it hasn't popped. :(

This glitched for me as well. I compared all entries to this guide, and no achievement. Edit-if you have everything like I did this will not pop until reaching the final boss.

There are a variety of categories of Codex entries, such as Characters and Locations. For this achievement, every single Codex entry is story related except the ones for the Echoes. Each Echo collectible you find gives you a codex entry, so you'll need to find all of them to complete this. Refer to A Warrior's Way (75G) for map of all regions.
As a side note, the final Codex entries are past the point of no return. Just make sure you have all Echoes (and the associated achievement) before entering. You'll get a Codex entry for the final area of the game (The Land of the Dead) and then your final Codex entry when the final boss appears. This achievement will unlock right after the final boss shows up, assuming you've found all Echoes.
As a side note, the final Codex entries are past the point of no return. Just make sure you have all Echoes (and the associated achievement) before entering. You'll get a Codex entry for the final area of the game (The Land of the Dead) and then your final Codex entry when the final boss appears.
