This achievement first requires you to unlock the first skill on the Moon skill tree. This skill lets you press 
at the right time to reload faster and give you a damage boost. It functions identical to the active reloading in Gears of War games. This achievement is cumulative and doesn't even need to be done during combat. Shoot all of your projectiles with the Moon Mask, then when the reloading bar pops up, press when it's in the little white area to instantly reload and turn your ammo count gold, indicating a damage boost. Do this ten total times and you'll unlock this achievement.
