In this game, every character has one or more ultimate attacks, best known as Mystic Artes. The requirements for being able to do these range from simple to insane. We're gonna do the simplest for this achievement.
As the story progresses, Sheena will forge pacts with various summon spirits, allowing her to summon them in story and battle. After getting your first summon (Sylph, Efreet, or Undine depending on how you play), get Sheena into Over Limit, then cast the summon spell. It does take a few seconds to fire, so you may need to order the other characters to back off so they don't end the fight early. The achievement will pop shortly after the attack animation finishes.
If that felt too easy, you could try for Presea's Crimson Devastation instead, all you gotta do is after giving her a key crest and having used Beast 200 times, have Presea in Over Limit while under 15% health and the rest of the party KOed. Then successfully perform a Mighty Charge, and use Beast.
