Does anyone know if they need to be done on a single playthrough or is it cumulative?

Looked at the 360 version and the solution there says they must be done in one single playthrough...

There is one left off the list, sort of. You say that there are 25 in the necropolis, but only list 24. The 25th save point is in the City of the Waning Moon, between Firmament and Existence.

Seems like I missed one.. hmm.. always searching for everything. Seems like I have to go through tue ngplus with a checklist.

Save points are shown in the game field as glowing orbs with a book in the middle. Some are missable, so make sure you follow the guide here to get this. There really aren't any that are "hidden" so just make sure you use every one you see, but be sure to use every single one, even in the same area during different periods of the game. For instance, the ones when rebuilding Aurnion each count separately.
