Best way is to use Yuri's Severing Fang. Get under Outbreaker and when it spits out the core, use it.
The orb changes color as it takes damage, when it gets to be a greenish color, it's close to breaking.
I've also read that attacking with certain spells will cause Outbreaker to spit the core out, worth a try. During the day, attack with a water move, ie Splash. At night, attack with a Fire spell, ie, Fireball.

The, Pants, Party
This one takes some patience. The method I used was controlling Judith and constantly up attacking (LS up + B) and when he spit the orb out to heal himself, quickly move yourself directly below the shadow of it and use Luna Rise. You'll spin up the monster's belly and finish with a kick to the orb. It will take a while, but the edge of the orb will turn orange, then purple, then eventually explode.
