Easiest way to do this is use Yuri's Destruction Field. Any other spells take too long, as the candles WILL extinguish after a short bit.

Easy. You need to do a certain amount of damage to Belius, so when she has a HP below the 50%, it will split into an illusion.
Now, you need to lit up the 4 candlesticks using only FIRE powers, like Yuri's Destruction Field or Rita's Fire Ball.
You need to be fast before the candlesticks are extinguished.
