One of the easiest secret missions.
Attack each of the 4 or so green orbs that control the bridges. This will keep Barbos from calling reinforcements and making the battle easier. Finish him off when all the bridges are gone.

During the fight with Barbos there are four green orbs holding open bridges for reinforcements. Target and destroy these green orb bridge supports to complete the Secret Mission.
The, Pants, Party
During the fight with Barbaros, use RB to switch and target the four green orbs and destroy them one by one. They should only take about six hits each.
