A truly difficult achievement to obtain, and one to be proud of, it is almost impossible to complete some of the required achievements to get this one without using online guides. So my recommendation is to search for guides on the events, items, titles and monsters. Also, it will require 3 whole or partial playthroughs, once for the game itself, a second time at breakneck speed and a third time at least partially to get the low level achievement.

Truly to be proud of i agree with this one i will always honor I beat almost all of my achievements w/o guides except for backup plan. I have a knack for having hard times with easy achievements.

This should only take 2 playthroughs. 2nd playthrough should be to get both low level and speedster achievements. My 2nd playthrough was 9 hours 57 minutes at level 35-37 so it is far from difficult.
