The Temple is located in the Middle region, in the top right corner. When you land need, you need to roll two dice.
To unlock this achievement, you first need to visit the Temple and get a result of 5 on your dice roll. You will be enslaved and will roll the die to attempt to escape (by rolling a 4, 5 or 6). Do that on your first attempt, or repeat the whole process until that happens.
You may very well get this achievement without even trying. Visiting the Temple is a good idea as the odds of getting positive results (which includes 1 strength, 1 craft or even 2 lives) are good (roughly 75% of the time).
