This took a bit of googling, but this award is achieved by using fate 10 times in a match.
Simplest way to ensure this, select an evil character, and hover around the area of the graveyard. Reroll ad nauseum and refill at the graveyard until you've hit 10. Higher fate limit the better for easier reloads.

If you have a rune that gives you bonus fate you refill up to that level which makes it a little quicker
