Talisman: Digital Edition

Here was my setup specifically to get the Poltergeist and Hag each game:

Pick the Sorceress as the character to work on the achievement for and setup a local game with the Prophetess as the second character. The Sorceress can steal a follower from any character she lands on. Go around the board using the Prophetess's special skill to cycle through adventure cards each time until one of the characters finds the Poltergeist or Hag. If the Prophetess gets either one have the Sorceress land on her and steal it. Also get the Orb of Knowledge (magic item) for the Sorceress so she can cycle through adventure cards each turn as well to speed up the process of finding the Poltergeist or Hag. If the Prophetess finds the Orb of Knowledge first then have the Sorceress land on her and battle and take the Orb. I found this to be the fastest way to cycle through the adventure cards in the base set of the game. Games would usually take between 30-40 mins to find both the Poltergeist and Hag.

The Hag is one of those "bad" followers that will hamper your progress. It will scare away all your followers and prevent you from recruiting new ones. By visiting the Mystic at the Village (bottom right corner), you can get rid of the Hag, no matter what the result of the dice roll is.

Getting rid of the Hag will grant you the Hag Delivered reward at the end of a game. Do that 10 times and you will unlock this achievement.
