Play as the Leywalker, and against a handful of AI spellcaster characters. (I used 3 Mage Apprentices.) Every time they cast a spell, choose to lay down a Portal Token. Then just move using the Portal Tokens instead of rolling the die to move. Do that three turns in a row, and the achievement unlocks.
