One of the Prophetess' special abilities is quite powerful. It allows her to discard an adventure card she has just drawn and replace it with another one (which she must encounter).
A button to do that will be displayed when you draw and adventure card. Click that button and the achievement will pop. There will be a lot of opportunities to do that during a game, so there is no hurry.
