There are three ways to acquire a Raft:
1) You may find one when drawing an adventure card during your turn.
2) You may purchase one from the Market Day adventure card after it comes into play, at the cost of 3 G.
3) You may build one yourself. Once you have found or purchased an Axe, use it in a Woods or Forest space.
Once you are ready to cross the river, use the Raft instead of rolling the Die for movement.
That being said, I'm not sure if crossing the river from the Tavern counts for this achievement. Can anyone confirm?
