The Prince and Princess are two separate followers in the Adventure Deck. Finding them both requires more luck than actual skill.
Playing as the Sorceress might make the process easier, since that character is able to steal followers from other players. Once another player draws one of the two followers, chase them around the board and attempt to steal the Prince(ss) from them.
Also, playing a game without any expansion will increase the odds of the Prince and Princess appearing early.
