For this achievement you have to specifically use the Priest's Destroy ability on the Ghost card. Not just any spirit card. This is the basic info for the card you need:

Craft: 4
This card will be encountered first by another player who will roll to determine where it haunts. Then as the Priest you'll need to land on that space and destroy it. Saving a teleport spell for when this card appears may help.
