The Troll has the ability to heal itself (or regenerate) instead of moving when rolling a 6. The option to do that will be displayed on screen when applicable.
Of course, the Troll needs to be injured before being allowed to heal. That will happen sooner or later during a game. If you want it to happen sooner, you may attack the Sentinel, who has a strength of 9 (compared to 6 for the Troll at the start of the game).
