The Trophy Master reward is given to the player with the highest number of trophies (obtained by defeating enemies) at the end of a game. You need to get this reward for 10 completed games.
Obviously, a character with a high strength should get you enough trophies in a game. The Warrior or the Assassin come to mind. Otherwise, this achievement could be obtained rather quickly by playing local, 2-player games.
