Although this achievement isn't particularly difficult, I think it should be worth mentioning that this can only be unlocked on Arcade mode.
There is also a bit of luck involved, as sometimes there are enemies spawned right near your beginning location.
You can make this easy by picking a primary weapon that can easily take down an enemy in one shot (I prefer the 'Manuel' If you have it).
