How to unlock the Excellent finger work achievement in Tapping Skill Test - Definitive Guide

This game mode is called "order". You will need to tap the numbers in order from 1, then 2, then 3, all the way to 55. Depending on how quickly and decent (don't misclick) you manage to do so, you will be given a number of age. Once you reach a number below 30 (29 or lower), you get this achievement.

I don't have exact times, but I managed to do this game mode in 48 seconds, which gave me an age of 16. I believe you need to do it within a minute or so to get an age below 20.

Some tips:
- Use a device with touchscreen, for obvious reasons that you are able to click faster.
- This is also MUCH easier with 2 people. Divide the screen in 2. Both look for number 1, when they see it they call this number and tap it. I got this with my brother on our first try. Even if you don't have a touchscreen device, they can still help to look for numbers and tell you where to click.
- Practicing also works, as I was doing better after a few times doing it solo.

I hate this one. I've never been able to get below like 23. I even loaded it up on a slow laptop, ran heaps of programs which lagged it heaps and that made the clock go slower. But the game still seems to run on actual time for the click hesitation so that doesn't work to lower age and get a better rank.

I guess I need to find a touch screen to access one day.

I'm still attempting this one. The trick is to always be looking for the next number and to use a little bit of memory. The perfect amount of memory. Just know generally where to go and always keep your eyes moving. It's a combination of memory, sharp reflexes and prediction. Don't use too much memory to the point where you're dwelling over previous numbers. The trick here is to use short term memory. At the beginning you want to immediately spot the first few numbers and go from there always keeping your eyes moving. Like Itzz Sh0wt1m3 said, with two people on a touch device, it's easier.

So far my best age is 22 years. Minimum reaction: 0.203 sec
It's actually measuring three parameters, which are points, accuracy and reaction. So don't miss any clicks, go fast to get more points and demonstrate quick reaction.

You should try diagonal scanning. When you use this technique, you can cover a larger area at once and don't have to worry about corners or edges. Overall, this should greatly lower your time. On top of that, just make sure you get a high reaction score and don't miss any clicks. This should be enough to get you under 20 years.

The trick here is to use something called diagonal scanning. When we're horizontally scanning, our brains are used to concentrating on certain areas, meaning that it's very easy to miss a number that's off the field. Humans are designed to scan things diagonally, while computers work horizontally and vertically. With diagonal scanning, you can easily cover half of the board at once. Try dividing the board in two sections. Diagonally scan one part. If you can't find a number there, immediately switch to the other part. The advantage to this is that your brain will automatically check the edges and corners for you. There's no chance of you missing a corner number because diagonal scanning naturally takes you there. Horizontal and vertical scanning focuses on one area at a time and can easily miss corners and edges.

Focus: Don't worry about corners and edges. Diagonal scanning takes care of this. Just maintain a steady scan on one side of the board and immediately switch sides if you don't find the number.

Pacing: Maintain a steady scan and continually search for the next number. If you find a number after the next number, memorize its location, but don't break the scan.

The score isn't just about speed. It's about reaction too. Try to get your fastest reaction time really low.

Measured parameters:
1.) Points: This is based on your time. Diagonal scanning will easily lower your time.
2.) Accuracy: Just don't make any erroneous clicks.
3.) Reaction: Get your fastest reaction time low.
