I wrote guides for the Gold and simple Escape Achievements. I'm linking them here rather than retyping or copying the text over to here for reference:
The Unbelievably fast achievement in Tapping Skill Test (Windows) worth 519 pointsClear no longer than 330 sec
This should be close if you can get the Escaped achievement. That requires you to be under 600 seconds (the full time). 70 seconds under that should get easier as you continue to work towards the Silver and Gold. Because of how much time there is, you take the safest paths throughout and still be well under the goal.
