Just to compliment his solutions, I have recorded my playthough of getting a Silver medal.
It is a bit sloppy at parts (otherwise could have been a gold medal), but the general strategies used are pretty solid. Enjoy!

The Unbelievably fast achievement in Tapping Skill Test (Windows) worth 519 pointsClear no longer than 330 sec
The only difference is that this run requires a time under 430 seconds. The extra 100 seconds here makes this a lot simpler and you can wait for safer and easier jumps throughout the run.
