Not really a solution here, but just a clarification.
You don't need to have 24 stars in a single set of origins, you can sum the stars across the two available now (Foundation and Passage) and possibly also in Flow (when it's available).

As stars from the DLC packs count, I recommend completely ignoring the main Origins packs, at least at first. With 3 DLC packs, once you've unlocked all 3 of those achievements, you'll be very close to, if not AT the 24 needed stars. At that point you can tackle the regular packs if you're still in need of stars.
