Similar to the "Mix n Match" Daily Challenges (without the mixing part for losing your speed chain). You only need to beat each level with a minimum of 1 star to obtain the achievement.

For those trying for all 3 stars in each, I would put them somewhere between Hard and Expert, as compared to the Daily Challenges.

Some tips to help:

1. Watch the ad for the extra time. It's a 15 second ad for 30 extra seconds of game time. This can be the difference between a 2-star run and a 3-star.

2. Some of these boards are HUGE. Try not to fall into searching for 1 particular match, but rather looking over the board as a whole.

3. There were often matches I would prefer to make (for example, to free up a certain other piece), but had to settle for a different clear instead. The time wasted looking for the perfect match will cost you. ANY match is better than the PERFECT match. The board will shrink either way and become easier.

I was able to 3-star all 8 levels, however, #4 and #7 took me a couple tries. And for reference, I am able to complete all difficulties of the Daily Challenges, though the "expert" Mix n Match and Tap Towers do take me a couple of attempts occasionally.
