How to unlock the Supersonic achievement in Taptiles - Definitive Guide
UPDATE2: Since challenges only last for one month, please read and update the comments for easy and possible challenges for this achievement.
UPDATE: Since October 2012 has ended, the mentioned challenge is not available anymore. But I do think that Colour Charge is the best way to achieve this. You just have to wait for an easy one that has more than 149 tiles.
I recommend doing the colour charge daily challenges for this.
The one in October 21th, for instance, is easy, and has exactly 150 tiles.
The only problem I had was with the shades of green in the last one, so keep them last.
Good luck and keep retrying.
Tips:
1) You can make mistake as long as you correct it quickly.
2) Not all challenges have 150 tiles, so it is not possible to win this in every challenge.

Way to go. I played a lot of colour charges and sprint matches and this is the easiest.

Play dash with a touch device and this achievement is a breeze. Just mash the blocks with 2 hands and multiple fingers. This is simple but effective. I actually got this by accident lol

Finally just got this achievement. Like most people I went through the daily challenges every few days (preferably the colour charge challenge) and finally, I found one with enough tiles for this achievement. I managed to get a speed bonus of 152 on the colour charge challenge on the 3rd of November daily challenges. The only difficult part of this I found was on the fourth puzzle. But, after a few restarts I managed to keep the speed bonus going and like I said, I ended with a chain of 152 and the achievement.
Hopefully this will help all the people who are still struggling to get this achievement. Good luck!
UPDATE: I also just got a speed bonus of 153 on the colour charge on the following day which would of given me the achievement also.

As everyone else has said use the color match mode, but I found that turning color blind mode on made it easier even though I'm not color blind.
I got this on a medium color change challenge (August 10, 2014). I found that the easy color change challenges (which seem common) usually don't have enough cubes to hit 150. I have not found an origins level that makes this easy since there always seems to be a level that's too busy for me to keep my streak up.
Some tips:
- The light green / dark green cubes messed me up a lot since they are REALLY hard to tell apart. I learned to be especially careful when clearing them and to be ready to click two other cubes quickly if I'd messed up. If you can, try to clear greens that are close together, where it's easier to differentiate between light/dark.
- Don't rush! Keeping a steady pace is very important. As you are moving your mouse/finger to the next tiles, your eyes should be scanning for the next two cubes to clear.
