As the description says, you get this by filling in 100 words across multiple crosswords. You can see how many words you have in Statistics->General->Successful Words.

I am writing this solution because in my case the achievement was glitched. I had over 1,400 words and nothing...

What I did was go to the Xbox Forums and ask the developers for assistance. They reset my word count to 99 and from there on I only needed one last word to get this.
