For this, load up a Casual game. When you first load this title, you are given 5 of each power up. Simply use one of each, by dragging each one to the board, and you'll get the achievement.
You don't have to do them all in one game, but it's much easier if you just get it out of the way right at the start, as you are given five of each powerup for free when downloading the game. You also get a couple of random free powerups daily just by loading the game.

Hey, you look familiar, lol. Do these have to be all played in 1 game or is it across all games?

I'm not sure, sorry. You can play them all in one game by using one of each of the five you get given when you first install the game.

This achievement requires that you use each of the TEN power-ups in the game at least once. Power-ups are only available to be used in Casual and Standard games modes. When you start the game you are given 5 free of each power-up (and earn random ones each day you sign into the game thereafter). You can play the power-ups in different games if you like, but why not get them all out of the way at once? Just click/tap and drag the power-ups from their location in the bottom right of the screen into the playing area. After the final one is played, the achievement will unlock.
