For this, you need to complete a new crossword in under 5 Minutes. By new I mean one you have never done before. I did this in single player with no problems.

This can easily be done on the crossword titled DRILL BABY DRILL.

The reason for this, is because this crossword is listed twice. I don't know if it will be forever, but it currently is.

EDIT: I was looking at the puzzles, and it seems that most of them are listed twice, so it is up to you which puzzle you choose.

What you need to do is check to make sure this puzzle, or any other one for that matter, is listed twice. If it is, start the puzzle and complete it as normal. Once you complete it, restart the same puzzle ( the one you have completed, not the new one of the same name ), and practice entering the solution as quickly as possible.

Once you have the puzzle memorized, start the identical, uncompleted puzzle and enter everything in under 5 minutes.

Once you complete the puzzle, you will receive the achievement. It will pop after you click OK on the pop up message and return to the menu.


And for you impatient people out there, I have included the solution for the DRILL, BABY, DRILL puzzle below. The last word is ADDS. Make sure you practice.

As an alternative, consider this method:

You will be playing a lot of puzzles as you grind toward earning the platinum badge. Every day you log in to play a daily puzzle, you will be rewarded with a couple of power-ups. Keep grinding away and earning these until you have collected 15 of either the Row Buster or Column Buster Power-ups. When dragged to a cell on the puzzle, these will fill in all the letters of that cell's row or column, respectively.

Drop a power-up into each row/column until all the letters in the puzzle are filled. This will take you very little time (it took me about 2 minutes with some laggy connectivity to the server). Now simply click on a black letter in each word and press the Enter key to confirm the answer and do so until all the black letters have turned colour and the puzzle is complete. Total elapsed time should be well under the five minutes.

It may sound like a waste of power-ups, but face it you're probably not using them much anyways by the time you reach 75 or more puzzles solved so they are likely collecting dust.
