To get this, you must either join a Standard game in progress, and be there, with three other people, when the crossword is finished, or you must buy the ability to play standard crosswords from the store, for 100 tokens.
If you buy standard (which you should be able to without paying real-world money), invite three people, or more in, and complete the game when four or more people are in the game with you. The achievement will pop once the crossword has been completely solved.
