To get this you must be playing in a team race (eg. Sonic, Tails and Knuckles all in one team whilst you control one of the characters).
You must perform each of the following actions (listed in the order I completed them):
- Skimboost =
The Roadside Assistance achievement in Team Sonic Racing worth 10 pointsPerform a Skimboost on a slow-moving Teammate.
- Item Transfer =
The What's Mine Is Yours achievement in Team Sonic Racing worth 20 pointsSend an Item Box to a Teammate 5 times during a Race.
- Team Slingshot =
The Fire The Catapult! achievement in Team Sonic Racing worth 12 pointsPerform 10 Team Slingshots in a single Race.
- Team Ultimate = For this throughout the race there will be a yellow bar underneath your vehicle filling up as you do team moves (like the above). When that bar is filled you must then click Y to use it.

In a single race you will need to:
- Collect an Item and transfer it to a teammate using
. - Drive past a slowed down teammate to Skimboost them. See Roadside assistance for more info.
- Drive behind a teammate to earn a Slingshot. See Slingshot pro for the walkthrough.
- Active a Team Ultimate using
once the Team Ultimate Meter is full.
