Simply select Garage in the main menu, select Customisation Performance Parts, then select any character you want. If you have already played quite a bit of this game, you should have a lot of parts to use, but if you just started playing, you can change the color or the horn for this achievement to pop.

Select the garage if you have already unlocked a performance part then just change it .if not just press 
to select customise car cosmetics press 
to select horns and just select a new horn

In the garage you will be able to customise your vehicles. You can unlock more Mods by playing Team Adventure or spending Credits in the Mod Pod machine. Once you have a Mod, simply head over to the 'garage' and apply it to a vehicle but one modification should be sufficient for this trophy to pop.
