Set to 3 minute quarters, and use Buffalo (their RB is a beast). You can get this, the "Razzle Dazzle", and "Can't Catch Me!" achievements as well easily. Buffalo has the fastest running back in the game and you should win a game using just runs easily.

Set Quarter Time to 3 mins, make sure you only select running plays and after each play purposely let the time run. I chose Washington vs New England and I won the match 20 - 0, New England is one of the worst teams overall.
OnceFallen
Setup a preseason game between Kansas City (You) & New England (Comp). In the game, only do run plays (kicks/field goals are alright as well, just no passes) for the entire game. I find the 
run play gives you the best results against them as you can normally get off 5-20+ yard runs pretty consistently.

Pick a strong running team and play against New England in a preseason game. You can change the quarter length if you like.
