Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Danger of the Ooze

Need to have most your upgrades before getting this. At the very least, double jump, dash, and smoke bombs. I grabbed it right before going after Shredder (seen in the top left side of map). My location is the yellow dot on the right side of the map, upper left. You need to double jump and smoke bomb up to reach the first wall and then jump dash back and forth to make your way to the top where it's located.
