This achievement requires you to finish off any boss in the game with a 
attack. This will likely be how you're doing the majority of damage to bosses anyway, and will therefore assuredly happen naturally. This was my first achievement in the game. Using attacks makes you invulnerable and uninterruptable, so use them often against bosses to do significant damage and avoid some yourself.
