How to unlock the Complete Cast! achievement in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge - Definitive Guide

This achievement requires you to beat Story Mode with all seven original characters (DLC characters are not required).
Fear not: you do not need to play through all 16 episodes of Story Mode seven times. Once you've beaten it for the first time, you can simply replay Episode 16 (the fight against Krang and then Super Shredder) with each of the remaining characters.
As a side note, co-op doesn't count towards your total count, unfortunately. This is because you can only see one ending per completion, obviously, so whoever gets the killing blow on Super Shredder is the ending you'll see. For example, I beat the game with a co-op partner, me as Leonardo and her as Donatello, and I was stuck at 6/7 characters done for this achievement, wondering who the seventh was. Turns out it was Donatello, since I got the finishing blow as Leonardo. Bear that in mind if playing co-op (online or couch) for Story Mode.
As another note to that, there is unfortunately no way to track which endings you've seen. On the main menu you can go to Achievements, and for this achievement it'll just show you x/7 for how many characters you've done it with, but not which characters. You'll therefore want to keep a mental note, or just go in order. Thankfully, each run of Episode 16 only takes five minutes on Chill difficulty.

There are seven different endings in Story Mode, for defeating the last boss with each playable character. You will need to beat the game once to unlock Casey Jones, but you can just keep switching characters and replaying the last level until the trophy unlocks.
